Treatment involves integration of the lymphatic, nervous, craniosacral and musculoskeletal systems, using a range of gentle techniques including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), craniosacral and neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy technique, and myofascial release.
The lymphatic system is vital in it's role in immunity, waste removal, fluid balance and healing, among other functions. MLD is a very light treatment with deep effects on the lymphatic and nervous systems, making it an effective treatment for stress related symptoms, immune support, acute injuries and lymphedema.

Grace believes that the body is always moving towards healing, and employs a holistic approach to treatment. Working largely without oil, she uses a combination of manual therapy techniques including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy, as well as therapeutic exercise.

About Grace

Grace moved to Kelowna in high school and following graduation spent years exploring different countries, cultures and oceans.

After returning to the Okanagan, she enrolled, then graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2017. Grace is continually striving to increase her knowledge and apply it in practice, having traveled to Chile to take courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Muscle Energy Technique, and to Vancouver, completing her training as a Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Combined Decongestive Therapist.

She loves working as a health care professional and hopes to encourage those she treats to play an active role in their wellness.

Outside of her practice, Grace can be found in the mountains, in the water, in her garden, or wrapped up in a book.
